Who can participate?
This congress is open to both scientific participants and industry representatives, with different ways of involvement:
- Scientific participants (researchers, academics, students): Register as delegates and submit abstracts for oral or poster presentations.
- Industry participants (companies): You may attend as an Industry Delegate, or increase your visibility through sponsorship opportunities, including exhibition stands and participation in the “Technology Companies” session.

Registration is now open for delegates, industry representatives and students. Early registration is strongly recommended to benefit from reduced fees and secure your participation.

* A valid student certificate must be provided.

Note: Gala dinner is not included (details will be announced soon).

Please note that registration will only be confirmed once full payment has been received.
Credit Card
Payment by credit card is the preferred method. Participants are advised to check with their bank or card provider that international transactions are enabled.

- A copy of the bank transfer receipt must be sent to the organizing secretariat by email.
- Bank transfer fees (50€) are non-refundable in case of cancellation.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations received on or before 1 November 2026: 50% refund
- Cancellations received after this date: non-refundable
- Refunds will be processed after the Congress
