Visa Requirements

Participants requiring a visa to enter Spain are advised to contact the nearest Spanish embassy or consulate in their country.
Please note:

  • Participants are responsible for checking the visa requirements applicable to their country
  • Visa applications should be made well in advance through the nearest Spanish embassy or consulate
  • Invitation letters for visa purposes may be issued upon request once registration has been completed and full payment has been received
  • Invitation letters are intended solely to support visa applications and do not imply financial coverage by the organizers

We strongly recommend starting the visa process as early as possible.

    Congress language: English only
    No translation services will be provided.

    Accommodation

    A selection of recommended hotels located near the venue will be available soon. Participants are encouraged to book their accommodation in advance due to high demand.

    • The closest hotels are located along Avenida de las Cortes Valencianas, within walking distance of the venue

    • Staying near a metro or tram stop will provide easy access to the Congress

    • Valencia city centre is also a good option, with quick transport connections
